Use of the service
Conversando is a Spanish language learning app that lets you practice conversations with AI-powered voice personas. By creating an account you agree to use the service for personal language practice, to be at least 13 years old, and not to misuse the platform — for example by attempting to reverse-engineer it, scrape voice or transcript data, abuse the AI for unrelated tasks, or share your account with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away.
Payments and refunds
Some features of Conversando require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Because Conversando is a digital service that you can use immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for partial periods, but if you believe you were charged in error, email us within 14 days and we'll review it case by case.
AI-generated content
Conversations, corrections, vocabulary, and call reviews are generated by AI models. They are designed for casual language practice and may occasionally contain mistakes, outdated information, or content that doesn't reflect how a real native speaker would talk in every region. Do not rely on Conversando for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and don't share sensitive personal information during calls. You're responsible for how you use the AI's output.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Conversando running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Conversando is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Conversando after an update means you accept the new terms.
